John J. Adams Rally Drum Bobblehead celebrates John’s 45th drumming year for the Cleveland Indians. John has been a dedicated fan since 193 where he played his first brass drum at the Municipal Stadium. The drum replaced the noises of the fans banging the seats. John eventually took his drum and relocated to the bleachers. He would use his mallets to beat the drum when the players were in scoring position. John’s drum was nicknamed “Boom-Boom” by the late renown baseball player and radio announcer Herb Score.
